PineMark FAQ
Files and editing
PineMark accepts JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF, TIFF, WebP, and PDF input. A PDF import lets you choose a page range and raster resolution before pages enter the workspace.
Yes. Make an image independent to override its watermark content, placement, size, angle, opacity, or layer settings. Other images keep the shared batch rule.
Yes. PineMark operates 100% offline on your Mac with zero network uploads. You can apply repeated full-page tiling or semi-transparent stamps, and inspect the clarity side-by-side against the original before exporting.
You can use text, a logo, text and logo together, or tiled text. Text templates can include an image index, date, and source filename.
Use Edit for live controls, Preview for a clean output view, and Compare to inspect the original beside or through the processed result.
Purchases and pricing
PineMark exports PNG, JPEG, and WebP. Original, sharing, and printing presets adjust output choices, and the queue keeps batch progress visible while you continue editing.
The free version works on single images as often as you like, handles up to 5 images per batch, imports the first 3 pages of a PDF, and saves 1 template. The one-time Pro purchase removes all three limits, and there is no subscription.
Privacy and data
No. Image and PDF work is performed locally. StoreKit communicates with Apple only for purchase and restoration requests.
Preferences, watermark templates, recent text, and saved logos stay in PineMark's local app container. See the [privacy policy](../privacy/) for details.
Troubleshooting
Confirm that the intended image is selected and whether it uses the shared rule or an independent override. If needed, switch to another image and back, then reopen the app.
