宁榆 Niyu Changelog
v1.0
15 Sep 2026
- Added Import reports by photographing them or picking photos and PDFs; pages imported together become one report and the original pages are kept.
- Added Check every recognized value against the original page before saving, including the specimen, exam site and sampling date; items you never confirmed stay out of the trends.
- Added Follow results over time with a dictionary of 116 common lab items, plotted on the sampling date and linked back to the report each number came from.
- Added File imaging and pathology reports as the original page plus its text, kept as separate findings and conclusion sections that you can read, copy and search.
- Added Mark your own items to follow — a lesion size on a CT, or a lab item the dictionary does not know — and the same name across reports becomes one trend.
- Added Record treatment as it happens: medication cycles with pauses and restarts, symptoms, visits and doctor changes, on a timeline grouped by day.
- Added Prepare a doctor summary: pick a period and what to include, write down what you want to ask, then copy the text or export a PDF.
- Added Everything runs on your iPhone. No account, no upload, and text recognition works offline.
