Using HerdPrint
Quick start
1. Add invoices
Drop PDF or image files onto the HerdPrint window, or choose Add Invoice from the app menu. You can add several files at once.
2. Arrange the batch
Select an invoice to inspect it. Reorder items in the sidebar, remove files you do not need, and choose the A4 layout in the inspector. One-up is useful for larger pages; two-up places two invoices on a sheet when the content allows it.
3. Check the preview
Use the page controls and zoom tools to check the complete batch. Adjust scale, printable area, and margins when necessary.
4. Export or print
Use Export PDF to save an A4 PDF to a location you choose, or use Print to send the layout to a macOS printer. For reimbursement workflows that need image files, use image export from the toolbar.
5. Import from mail when needed
Configure a QQ, NetEase, Gmail, or Custom IMAP account in Settings. Search the date range, select only the attachments you want, and import them into the current local batch. Use an app password when your provider requires one. See the mail setup guide for provider-specific steps and server settings.
A privacy-minded workflow
HerdPrint keeps invoice processing on your Mac. When you use mail import, it connects to the provider you choose and downloads only the selected attachments. Never share your mail password or private invoice files in a support request.
