Email support

Common topics that don’t need email

  • Resetting local data — Settings → Restore Defaults. This wipes the on-device store and rebuilds an empty SwiftData container.
  • Stopping iCloud sync — System Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Apps Using iCloud → toggle HappyPaper off.
  • Re-enabling the print reminder — System Settings → HappyPaper → Notifications → Allow Notifications.
  • OCR misreads — try a flatter, brighter shot. The tick column needs to be visible end-to-end; shadows across the boxes are the usual culprit.

For reproducible bugs you are willing to discuss in public, open an issue at the GitHub tracker (link will be filled in once the support page is live).
